Forty waterfront homes and a shared dock.
About
Harbour Point is a demonstration community, shown here in the Meadow design. Everything on this page — the notices, the calendar, the photographs, the contact details — is the same data the resident portal uses, published by the board with one toggle.

Dock reopens after resurfacing
The main dock is back in use from Friday. The contractor replaced eleven boards and re-bedded the cleats on slips 4 through 9. Please give the new decking a fortnight before dragging anything heavy across it.

Questions
Asked often
How does the slip waiting list work?+
Slips run with the deed. When one comes free it goes to the longest-waiting owner without a slip. The list is maintained by the dock committee and published each January.
What do I need to do before a storm?+
Clear your balcony and dock box, and take anything loose inside. The association secures the common areas and the kayak racks. The full checklist is in documents.
Are dogs allowed on the dock?+
Yes, on a lead. Please do not leave them unattended near the launch.
