We kept hearing the same frustration from every client: rent lived in one tool, screening in another, accounting in a spreadsheet, and the community website nowhere at all. Owners couldn't get a straight answer at tax time, and residents had no easy way to pay or submit a request.
So we built the platform we wished our clients had — one connected system where a lease signed online flows straight into rent collection, accounting, and the resident portal, and where every property can have its own professional website on a custom domain.
