These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Villagely (the “Service”), operated by The Web Design Hub. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, disrupting its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Payments

Subscription fees and any platform fees on rent processed are billed as described at signup. Rent and tenant funds are handled by our payment processor; you authorize those charges and payouts as configured in your account.

Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Certain provisions survive termination.
