This policy explains what information Villagely collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to property managers, owners, and residents who use the platform.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), property and lease information you enter, maintenance and payment records, and standard technical data such as log and device information.

How we use it

To operate the Service — process rent, manage maintenance and documents, send transactional email and notifications you’ve enabled, and provide support.

Payments

Card and bank details are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). Villagely does not store full payment card numbers.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g., payments, email delivery, hosting), and when required by law. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can update your details and notification preferences in your account, and request deletion of your data by contacting us.
