What an owner can see, and what they deliberately cannot.
If somebody manages property on your behalf, you can have your own login showing your properties, what they earned and what is broken on them.
What you see
- Your payout, and the rent and fees behind it
- Each property: its units, how many are occupied, what was collected
- Repairs raised against your properties, and what they cost
What you do not
Anything about your manager's other clients, and any way to change anything. The owner portal is read-only by design — an owner reaching into the ledger of a managed property is not a feature, it is a support ticket waiting to happen.
