Getting your data out
Every record, as CSV, whenever you want it.
Open Import and export and every record type can be downloaded as CSV — properties, units, residents, leases, ledger entries, work orders, vendors, owners and the rest.
This is not a retention feature with a support ticket attached. It is a button, it works while you are a customer and it works if you decide to leave.
The API
Higher plans include a read-only API at api.villagely.io if another system needs to pull your data continuously rather than you exporting it. Keys are shown once and stored hashed; each one is scoped to your own organisation.
