Sending a broadcast

A broadcast goes to everyone, or to one property. The water is off on Tuesday. The gate code has changed. The AGM is on the 14th.

   Write it

   A subject and a body. It saves as a draft until you send it — a half-written notice cannot escape.

   Choose who gets it

   Everybody, or a single property.

   Send

   It goes by email, and as a push notification to anyone with the app or browser notifications on.

When not to use one

Anything addressed to one person. A broadcast that is really a message to a single resident tells the whole building their business.
