Residents, property managers, owners and contractors all use the same app and the same login. Your account decides what you see when it opens — a resident lands on their balance, a manager lands on what is overdue and what is broken.
Working without signal
Everything already downloaded stays readable in a lift, a basement or on a plane. The app shows the last thing it knew and corrects itself when the network returns, rather than showing an error where the information was.
Face ID
Turn it on in your account settings. The app insists on a successful scan before enabling it, so you cannot switch it on and then find yourself locked out.
