Asking an applicant for documents

Send an upload link and the applicant uploads directly. No attachments in your inbox, no shared drive, no files named “scan.pdf”.

   Choose what you are asking for

   Name each document so it is obvious what is wanted — “Last two payslips”, not “documents”.

   Send the link

   It goes to the applicant by email and opens a page that asks only for those things.
