Votes, amenities and notices

For members of a homeowners association.

For residents

If you live in an association rather than a rental, you also have a noticeboard.

  • Votes and elections you are eligible for, with a ballot you cast once
  • Amenities you can book, within whatever rules the board has set
  • Notices and announcements from the board

Voting

One ballot per member, and results stay hidden until the vote closes so nobody can watch the count. Once cast, a ballot cannot be changed — which is what makes it count.

Still stuck?

Rent, leasing, maintenance, the association and the books — one system, set up in an afternoon.
