Messaging your property manager

Where the conversation goes, and who can read it.

For residents

You can start a conversation with the people who manage your building. Not with your neighbours — there is no resident-to-resident messaging, deliberately.

The conversation belongs to the property rather than to one member of staff, so if the person you were speaking to leaves, the next person sees the history and picks it up.

For anything urgent

Ring. A message is not an alarm and nobody is watching it at three in the morning. If something is dangerous — gas, flooding, no heat in freezing weather — use the emergency number your property manager gave you.

Still stuck?

Rent, leasing, maintenance, the association and the books — one system, set up in an afternoon.
