What the invitation is, and what you can do once you are in.
For residentsYour property manager or board added you and sent an invitation to your email address. The link in it lets you set your own password — they never see it and cannot set it for you.
What you can do
- See what you owe and every charge and payment behind it
- Pay, once or automatically
- Report something broken, with a photo
- Read your lease and anything else shared with you
- Message the people who manage your building
If the invitation never came
Check spam. If it is genuinely not there, ask your property manager to resend it — and check they have the address you actually read.
