Owner statements
What an owner is paid, and the arithmetic behind it.
For landlordsA statement shows collected rent, your management fee, recorded costs and the resulting payout, per property, with the workings visible. An owner who cannot see how the number was reached does not trust it, and then you are on the phone.
The fee is calculated from what was actually collected, not what was billed. An owner is never charged a fee on money nobody received.
The owner's own login
Owners can have a read-only login showing their properties, their statements and what is broken on them. They see nothing about your other clients, and they cannot change anything.
