Meetings, agendas and minutes
Scheduling a meeting, recording who came, and publishing what was decided.
For associations- 1Schedule it
Date, time, location and, if it is remote, the joining link. Say whether it is open to members or board only.
- 2Set the agenda
Written against the meeting so it is circulated with it rather than living in somebody's email.
- 3Record attendance
Who came. This is what a quorum argument is settled with.
- 4Write the minutes
Against the meeting, so they are attached to what they minute.
- 5Publish them
A deliberate second step. Minuted and published are different states because a draft nobody approved is not a minute.
