The registry: pets, vehicles and parking
Who is allowed what, recorded before it is disputed.
For associationsPets
Species, breed, colour, weight, licence number and when vaccinations expire, against the unit. Service animals are recorded as such, because the rules that apply to them are different and getting that wrong is a fair-housing problem rather than an administrative one.
Vehicles
Plate, state, make, model, colour and decal number, against the unit and optionally a bay.
Parking
Bays with their own labels and kinds, assigned to the residents entitled to them. Together with the vehicle register this answers the same argument from both ends — whose car is that, and where are they allowed to put it.
